**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including upselling menu items when appropriate
- Assist in maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area, adhering to sanitation standards
- Support team members during busy periods by performing various duties such as serving, food prep, or cleaning
- Demonstrate effective time management to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer service

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, cashiering, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices is advantageous
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and order management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness

**Availability (no buses run late--you should be able to get home on your own)**
- 7pm/8pm-1am
