**Overview**

**Availability**
- After school and weekends (student positions)

**Duties**
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, for order processing and payment handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies as needed
- Support team members during peak hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks including food prep, serving, and cashiering
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times

**Skills**
- Previous experience in food preparation, quick service or fast-food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with upselling or sales techniques to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
