**Job Overview**
**You MUST have an availability of 5pm or 8pm-1am**

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position involves various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas.
- Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling techniques.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with food preparation and serving is a plus.
