**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Sylvia Hotel Vancouver. This position will include Hotel Front Desk and part time Night Audit. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay. You will perform nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Your contributions will help maintain our reputation as one of Vancouver’s best-kept secrets.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Assist with reservations and provide recommendations for dining and activities in the area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including checking guests in and out.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
