**Job Title: Invoice / Filing Clerk**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage invoices for the company
- Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of data
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of invoices
- Assist in letter typing
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Assist in processing mail
- Assist in filing dockets and AR documents
- Provide support to the accounting team and other departments as needed

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software is a plus but not necessary

**Physical Demands**: This job may require sitting for extended periods of time, as well as some light lifting (up to 25 pounds).

**Work Environment**: This job is typically performed in an office setting, with standard office equipment and noise levels.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
