Intake and service planning team - Developmental Services - Behaviour Consultation and Intervention Services - Family Support Services **Hours / Schedule >** Full-Time, Permanent Primarily Monday to Friday, may include hours provided on occasional Saturdays and fluctuate to accommodate the program’s schedule and the needs of the agency. May be required to be on-call on a pre-planned intermittent basis, for emergencies and staff consultation during their working hours. **Responsibilities >** Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Services, Program Supervisors will plan and coordinate program services, and oversee employees assigned to their program. Program Supervisors will: - Plan, organize, control, and direct the provision of services for assigned programs and services. - Implement comprehensive plans and strategies to achieve identified program objectives. - Provide clinical supervision and support to program staff to address the complex needs of the individuals and / or families served. - Provide supervision and support to program staff in relation to developing and maintaining client records and effective case management practices. - Plan, develop and coordinate services in compliance with relevant accreditation standards, and implement agency quality assurance procedures. - Provide annual employee performance appraisals, and cooperate with staff to develop performance objectives and professional development plans. - Provide staff consultation, including after-hours support when required. - Coordinate referral, screening, and intake procedures for assigned programs. - Liaise and collaborate with contractors and collateral service providers to assist with service coordination, enhance program services and ensure best practices. - Collaborate as a member of the Management Team to develop strategic plans; and assess and resolve operational issues as they arise. - Complete administrative duties, including the range of required incident, quality assurance and program reports. **Qualifications >** - Supporting individuals with diverse needs - Behaviour analysis/consultation - Family support services - Assessment and case management The qualifications and experience are specific for each position, and at minimum are: - MSW or a master’s degree in a relevant discipline (MA in Counselling, MA Psychology etc) is strongly preferred. - BSW or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (CYC, Applied Behavioural Analysis, BA in Psychology, etc) will be considered with extensive (minimum 3-years) of experience directly related to the position. Preferred Types of Related Experience: - 3-years of experience related to case management in the aforementioned service areas. - Supervisory experience with similar services. - Experience working in multi-disciplinary team - Experience with assessment of individuals with diverse needs and complex behaviours; and the development of individualized care plans to address their needs. - Experience providing family support or coordinating services for families. - Strong knowledge related to developmental delays and disabilities, ASD, FASD, and other Support Needs. **Wage / Benefits** $80,000+ per year, based on relevant experience and education. Upon successful completion of a probationary period, full-time employees are eligible for a full benefit package (including dental plan, vision coverage, life insurance, extended Health coverage, long-term disability plan, and RRSP contributions).
