**OVERVIEW**:
**PURPOSE**:
As a Sales Supervisor, your primary responsibilities areas to oversee and manage a team of Sales Specialists, to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth and profitability, and motivate your team to new heights. You will be responsible for providing guidance, training, and support to your team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our large family of products.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Role and Responsibilities**

**TEAM MANAGEMENT**:

- Supervise and provide guidance to the sales team, including setting performance goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing coaching and training.

Monitor and track individual and team sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage teamwork and collaboration.

**SALES STRATEGY AND PLANNING**:

- Setting sales targets and developing sales strategies to achieve them.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and increased profit.
- Conducting regular sales meetings and providing feedback to team members.
- Growing our brand presence and value through high engagement in customer and community events.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and initiatives.

**CUSTOMER AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and chains and identify new business opportunities.
- Building and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

**TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT**:

- Training and coaching sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Staying up to date on industry trends, market changes, and new sales techniques to provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements Preferred Skills**

Sales techniques
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales

Customer relationship management.
Management, or related field

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Leader (CSL) an

Training in product knowledge asset

Negotiation skills
Must have experience in leadership and team
- Sales analytics management.
- Knowledge of CPG industry preferred.Excellent communication skills1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.Proficient in MS Office & Excel

Overall, as a Sales Supervisor, your goal is to motivate, strategically guide and support your team to exceed sales and profit targets, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
