Ability to learn quickly and effectively use various computer billing and reporting systems

Ability to maintain confidential records and information

Knowledge and experience of modern office practices that optimize technology and time management

Ability to manage office budgets and inventories effectively

Possess 2-3 years of experience in client care and customer service, preferably in a mental health office environment

Knowledge of Jane App scheduling software is an asset

Support other administrative and clinic duties, as needed

**Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day operations of the physical office space, be the welcoming face of the clinic when clients check-in for their appointments

Provide ongoing support and leadership within a busy multi-disciplinary clinic

Organize office operations and procedures

Supporting clinicians with client bookings, payments, administrating intake and consent forms, room bookings, etc.

Providing high level of support for staff members and visitors to the office

Collecting fees directly from clients, verifying relevant coverage, and following through on any missed payments or billing issues

Fielding phone calls and inquires in a timely manner

Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area

Data entry and filing as required

Other tasks required, as needed

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Day shift

Evening shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed

Reporting to the office manager, you will utilize your core skills in medical office management, electronic medical records, and budgeting to maintain a well-organized clinic. Your premium skills in Dentrix and human resources will enhance team performance and patient satisfaction. Additionally, your relevant experience in hospital settings and nursing will support our commitment to high-quality care. Join us in creating a welcoming and efficient healthcare environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
