**Key Responsibilities**
- Presentations, seminars and workshops on Estate and Gift planning.
- Individual counseling on Estate and Gift planning both virtual and in person.
- Finding clients for estate and gift planning visits through:

- Promotion of CSS
- Partner interaction, including with churches and schools
- Seeking referrals from clients and other individuals
- Personal counseling visits with clients for estate and gift planning
- Encouraging and facilitating speedy completion of Wills
- Maintain personal competency and currency, and share ideas and information with the team
- Develop and Maintain contact with a network of clients, partner organizations and allied professionals
- Conduct presentations and information seminars to groups from partner charities, churches, and Christian schools

**Qualifications and Skills**
- High knowledge of financial planning
- Client servicing or tax background or legal background is advantageous
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is preferred
- Experience working with charities or churches are nice to have
- Excellent presentation skills both face to face and virtually
- Empathetic, people-oriented approach
- Driver’s licence required for this job
