**Summary**

We're currently seeking an experienced Café Manager at Forecast Coffee in Function Junction where you will play a pivotal role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while overseeing daily operations. Your leadership will help us maintain our commitment to quality service and community engagement in our cafés.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the café to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers through excellent service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Collaborate with the team to create seasonal menu offerings that reflect our brand values.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-years previous experience in a similar role at manager level
- Experience in high volume cafe
- Proven track record delivering on key KPI’s
- Managing labour cost & food cost.
- Barista training and experience - passion, knowledge and understanding of coffee, roasting processes and origin
- Strong knowledge & previous experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of POS and inventory management software (including conducting inventory counts and managing inventory)
- Food Safe Level 1 (or higher)
- Serve-it-Right Certificate

Our Function Junction location also serves as a hub for our other two Whistler locations, so as part of this role, some oversight to the distribution of stock to other cafes will be a requirement to include recieving and packing orders and organizing delivery into Whistler Village.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
