**Territory Manager**

**Thermal Systems** is a leading building envelope subcontractor committed to delivering innovative products and services to our clients. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets within your assigned territory.
- **Account Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
- **Market Expansion**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- **Sales Forecasting & Reporting**: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the project teams to align strategies and improve client experience.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Travel**:Frequent travel required within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or territory management role. Experience in the construction or architecture industry.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in business-to-business sales, relationship-building, and negotiations.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both small and large groups.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, problem solve and manage time effectively to achieve goals.
- **Education**: In Construction, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
