As a SAP SD Consultant you will make an impact by owning the implementation and optimization of SAP Standard Order to Cash processes. You will be a valued member of our team and collaborate closely with other collaborators and teams.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead all aspects of the end-to-end order to cash cycle to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP Standard Order to Cash to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to order to cash processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Standard Order to Cash processes and configurations.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Offer training and support to end-users to improve their understanding and usage of SAP Standard Order to Cash.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with the Service Desk team to address and resolve user issues promptly.
- Participate in user experience enhancement projects to improve overall satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Standard Order to Cash with other business systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP Standard Order to Cash.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and standard methodologies to continuously improve processes.

**What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)**
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Standard Order to Cash.
- Have a solid understanding of Service Desk and User Experience Services.
- SAP Certified Application Associate - Order to Cash with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7
