About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Standard Order‑to‑Cash processes and working knowledge in SAP SD/MM/FI integration.ResponsibilitiesOversee and enhance SAP Standard Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes to drive efficient sales operations.Provide functional expertise to improve SAP-driven business processes and operational performance.Partner with cross-functional teams to align SAP capabilities with organizational goals.Translate business requirements into effective SAP configurations and functional designs.Ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance policies, and SAP best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate system updates as needed.Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and training materials.Work ModelRemoteWhat You Need to Have to Be ConsideredRelevant SAP functional experience (SD, O2C)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsThese Will Help You Stand OutExperience in SAP implementations or enhancementsGood to have knowledge in COPAGood to have experience in SAP S4HANA SD/O2CSalary and Other CompensationAnnual Salary Range: $83,500 – $95,500, based on experience and overall qualifications.Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and applicable plan terms.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Holidays and Paid Time Off401(k) plan with company contributionsLong-term and Short-term DisabilityEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimerSalary, benefits, and compensation details are accurate as of the posting date.
