About the role We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Standard Order‑to‑Cash processes and working knowledge in SAP SD/MM/FI integration. Responsibilities Oversee and enhance SAP Standard Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes to drive efficient sales operations. Provide functional expertise to improve SAP-driven business processes and operational performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to align SAP capabilities with organizational goals. Translate business requirements into effective SAP configurations and functional designs. Ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance policies, and SAP best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate system updates as needed. Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and training materials. Work Model Remote What You Need to Have to Be Considered Relevant SAP functional experience (SD, O2C) Excellent communication and collaboration skills These Will Help You Stand Out Experience in SAP implementations or enhancements Good to have knowledge in COPA Good to have experience in SAP S4HANA SD/O2C Salary and Other Compensation Annual Salary Range: $83,500 – $95,500, based on experience and overall qualifications. Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and applicable plan terms.
