Collaborating closely with the Outside Sales Representative, you will ensure that project goals are met within specified timelines and budgets, while providing knowledgeable assistance and support to meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:Customer Service Excellence**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and contractors, identifying their current and future needs through friendly rapport.
- Communicate professionally and effectively, both in-person and by phone, while providing expert advice on projects.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist customers in various tasks including take-offs, quotations, special orders, and order processing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively pursue sales leads and opportunities, delivering knowledgeable advice and service to customers.
- Focus on Window and Door Sales

**Project Coordination**:

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales and estimates to contractors/customers, coordinating with relevant departments for specialized quotes and deliveries.
- Review and modify schedules and plans as necessary based on status reports from Outside Sales Representatives or contractors.

**Vendor Interaction**:

- Liaise with vendors, processing special order requests accurately and efficiently, while maintaining strong relationships to ensure prompt and reliable service.
- Coordinate vendor service requests and returns, following established control procedures for C.O.D. orders and cash customers.

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, relaying messages promptly and courteously to Outside Sales Representatives.
- Conduct research using supplier catalogs or discussions with the Purchasing Department to address customer inquiries effectively.

**Professional Development**:

- Participate in regular professional development and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Uphold safety standards as per company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to safe work practices by all team members.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Perform other duties as assigned by management, maintaining accountability to the company's values and policies.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, demonstrating respect for individuals and the needs of the company.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred, particularly in a retail or construction environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements.
