**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- two to four years of corporate and securities law experience focusing on Capital Markets and M&A
- experience with financing and mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters
- exceptional client service skills
- excellent communication and drafting skills
- strong academic credentials
