**Responsibilities**
- Actively working to support the Service Department in identifying opportunities for coaching and development within your team. Actively working to communicate and support personnel for further skill development.
- Help communicate technical problems to service staff and assisting Service Advisors with difficult diagnostics
- Looking for gaps in knowledge and productivity, working ongoing with the team to address and improve efficiencies.
- Organizing the shop floor and parking lot to ensure that areas are both safe and effectively accessible.
- Support the Shop Foreman in the supervision of Technicians in repair procedures, which includes reviewing the quality of service repairs performed and helping to ensure dealership standards are met.
- Reviewing all shop comebacks with appropriate Technicians.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years’ experience in automotive retail, ideally in a Service Advisor role.
- Proven leadership skills.
- High attention to detail/organization/time management.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a management role is an asset.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Orléans, ON K4A 3T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
- Automotive: 3 years (preferred)
- Fixed Operations: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
