**Leasing Coordinator (Burnaby, BC)**

**What you’ll do **
- Assist with coordinating maintenance programs for street furniture.
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, both internally and externally
- Liaise with various internal departments to gather and distribute information and ensure necessary approvals, standards and timelines are being adhered to
- Other reasonable duties as assigned or requested by the Leasing and Operations Manager

**Who you are **
- University or college degree or related work experience.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Cooperative and professional manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work outside of the office conducting site meetings and performing field work as needed.
- Valid drivers’ license.
