**Overview**
**Job Hours: 11-5 PM Tues-Sat, extending to 7pm as needed.**

**$25-$28 / HR includes team tip out.**

**Shifting to Venue Event & catering Service management as per business needs may call for additional hours occasionally. Pay is inclusive of team tips.**

**Must have restaurant service AND expo experience.**

Service Style: 70 Seat Hybrid Counter & Dining Hosting Service with self service and counter ordering.

**Duties**
- Expo food during high volume service, managing kitchen quality and plating specs.
- Managing conflicts appropriately with guest experience focus.
- Proven track record of up-selling and profit minded service
- Afternoon service performing dining room service in addition to food expo.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
- Training new employees, and managing all service specs.
- Check in collaboration of senior kitchen team member to ensure all kitchen operations specs and checklists are adhered to.
- Monitor service and bar inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and overall restaurant performance.
- Serving lead at venue and catering events as per scheduling
- Collaboration with social media content creation teams

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant floor focused supervisory or management.
- Experience with high volume food expo
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and equipment usage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive Lead for the team and towards management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
