Galaxy Auto is a young and fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in sales & distribution of aftermarket automotive parts. We sell our products through our website, in-store, and other e-commerce channels. Our office is located on Annacis Island in Delta, BC. We are looking to hire a Sales/Service Specialist to help us build new sales channels and strengthen our existing ones. If you have a keen passion for sales and customer service, then this role is perfect for you

The responsibilities, requirements, compensation, and other information for this role are detailed below.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers and assisting them in finding products suitable for their needs.
- Providing customers with information about products and services, taking orders and payment.
- Responding to any customer complaints and working with the customer to find a solution.
- Conducting research on new sales and advertising channels; and managing them once launched.
- Managing existing sales and advertising channels; and keeping all advertisements up to date.
- Compiling monthly sales related reports for management.

**Requirements**.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Quick thinking and having the ability to solve problems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Google Drive and Google Calendar.
- Past sales and service experience an asset.
- Knowledge in e-commerce and aftermarket auto parts industry an asset.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Additional commission pay will be based on the amount of sales revenue brought in per month.
- Two weeks paid vacation per year (after probation).
- Full benefits package (health, dental, massage, physio, etc).

**Hours**
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Working Schedule will be Tuesday to Saturday.
- May be required to work on (up to a maximum of) three Canadian holidays per year. Will receive the equivalent number of US holidays off with pay as compensation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
