Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) comptable junior pour se joindre à notre département de comptabilité et d’administratif.

Les principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Préparer et traiter les factures
- Payer les factures des fournisseurs
- Préparer et faire des suivis des comptes clients
- Maintenir un système de classement ordonné
- Assurez-vous que les projets respectent le budget et les marges
- Répondre au téléphone

Qualifications:

- 2 ans d’expérience en comptable (domaine de construction un atout)
- Capacité de gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois
- Capacité de travailler sous pression
- Indépendant, enthousiaste, et initiative
- Connaissance de Acomba (Logiciel comptable)

Requise:

- Bilinguisme (français, anglais)
- Connaissance de Windows, Microsoft Office, et Outlook
- Connaissance de Quickbooks

We are looking for a junior bookkeeper to add to our accounting and administrative department.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Prepare and process invoices
- Prepare and track accounts receivable
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Make sure projects are within budget and respect margins
- Answer the phone when calls get backed up

Qualifications:

- 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping (in construction field-an asset)
- Ability to manage many files at a time
- Ability to work under stress
- Good communication skills
- Professionalism in manner and appearance
- Independent, enthusiastic, and takes initiative
- Knowledge of Quickbooks(Accounting Software), an asset

Required:

- Bilingual (French, English)
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Quickbooks

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:

- accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French & English (required)
