**ABOUT YOU**

You are passionate about international business, marketing and sustainability. Leading export market development support functions for new customers across various countries worldwide is a challenging and exciting opportunity. You are a skilled hands-on business professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and feel rewarded when directly assisting with the company’s international growth strategy. You are a highly motivated and autonomous person who demonstrates a sense of ownership.

You also have the following assets:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, administration (eg: international marketing, communications, public relations) or an equivalent level of experience
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience and knowledge of business development best practices as well as the basic needs of exporting companies
- Experience in project management
- Excellent command of oral and written French and English; other languages considered an asset
- Ability to build strong customer and partner relationships face-to-face and online
- Up to 20% international travel for conferences, tradeshows, on-site customer development, and related events

**Project Coordinator Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of market studies, export plans, international business plans, commercialization strategies
- Plan and coordinate international visits and related tasks involved in preparation of trade shows and events
- Act as a liaison with engineering and international partners to coordinate logistics for pilot testing
- Assist in the drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
- Participate in communication strategies related to export and international business
- Maintain internal reports
- Other admin and operations as required

**Requirements**:

- Have a good knowledge of export work (diagnosis, logistics, implementation, etc.)
- Experienced working in a client-facing, product-oriented role (e.g., product management, product marketing, business analysis, etc.)
- Detail oriented with an aptitude for technical information
- Ability to meet deadlines and/or targets
- Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic team environment.
- Team player, strong interpersonal skills (listening, interpersonal skills, diplomacy)
- Possess a strong working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
