This Position reports to:
Corporate Security Manager

**Internship**:Project Coordinator - Security

** Location**: Saint-Laurent
**Duration**: 3 Months
**Department**: Security

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our Security team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing security-related projects, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. You will work closely with security managers and cross-functional teams to help deliver projects on time and within scope.

** Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and track security projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders by organizing meetings and documenting action items.
- Support process improvements and contribute to best practices within the security function.

** Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint and PowerBi
- Interest in security operations and project coordination.
- Be curious in nature.
- Must be able to operate in French and English (mandatory). French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
