**Position Title: Data Analyst, Reporting**

Greensaver’s leadership team has decades of experience delivering energy efficiency, conservation, and demand management solutions for utilities, municipalities, and businesses. Our team consists of experts in program management and design, marketing, customer service, energy evaluations and building retrofits.

**Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent**

**Reports to: Supervisor, Service Delivery IT Projects, Process Control and Corporate Reporting**

**Department Summary**:
The Process Control and Corporate Reporting team works to improve operational performance by focusing on the alignment of all organization components. The team uses knowledge of internal systems, data and reporting and consistent communication with stakeholders to develop policies, processes, and technical solutions. Our objective is to turn data into meaningful information that supports decision making and developing streamlined processes and technical solutions for optimum productivity. We are change-makers.

**Objective**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
- Project coordination activities with internal teams related to delivering the outputs and collecting data needed for the database update.
- Investigate and scope requirements for scheduled and ad hoc analytical and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Perform data analysis to identify data integrity issues/trends.
- Ensure that automated data imports/exports contain appropriate data and run in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation for reporting and data integrity standards and related policies.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time, in line with the role, competencies and skill.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Completion of post-secondary in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role with data/reporting/analytics.
- Experience with Power BI (Power Query/DAX).
- Familiarity with data management, data analysis.
- Strong Microsoft Excel background.
- English language working capability (written and verbal).
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new and old technologies to support all needs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical peers as well as business clients.
- Nice to have: Experience with Excel VBA, Office 365, CRM systems.
