**Join Our Team - Client Care Coordinator (Veterinary Receptionist)**

Bridgeway Veterinary Specialists of Vancouver is a referral surgical hospital where we treat every pet like our own—and we’re looking for a friendly, experienced Client Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice.

As part of our front desk team, you'll play a key role in supporting pet parents through the surgical referral process with compassion, professionalism, and clear communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and pets with warmth and empathy
- Guide clients through procedures, referrals, and hospital policies
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with our surgical team to ensure seamless care

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Veterinary reception or client service experience (referral/specialty preferred)
- Clear, compassionate communicator with strong organizational skills
- Emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Passionate about animals and the human-animal bond
