**Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Your passion for animals and ability to multitask will contribute to a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

**Duties**
- Greet clients and their pets warmly as they arrive at the clinic.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for veterinarians.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Process patient records and maintain accurate documentation in the clinic's database.
- Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently.
- Assist in managing inventory of supplies and laboratory materials.
- Provide support to veterinary staff during examinations and treatments as needed.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area for clients and their pets.

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
- Able to restrain animals and Assist Veterinarian in all Exams, Bloodwork, X-ray and Surgeries.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
- Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology is preferred; experience in a laboratory setting is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client records and transactions.
