VOS RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Point de contact pour tous les chefs de produits afin de répondre à tous les documents EDI entrants et sortants et de les coordonner.
- Comprendre et respecter les règles et exigences fournies par chaque partenaire commercial EDI pour l'emballage et l'expédition.
- Accéder à nos portails EDI et approuver les documents EDI
- Traiter les documents EDI dans et hors du système ERP
- classer par ordre de priorité et attribuer les commandes à suivre aux commis EDI
- Coordonner l'impression de toutes les étiquettes d'emballage requises pour les clients
- Coordonner les demandes d'ASN de nos entrepôts aux États-Unis et en Colombie-Britannique.
- Effectuer le contrôle de la qualité des expéditions EDI et des exigences EDI des clients.
- Affectation des stocks
- Contrôles des stocks
- Réapprovisionnement
- Processus de kitting

**LES QUALITÉS DE NOTRE CANDIDAT IDÉAL**
- Expérience antérieure de travail dans un entrepôt
- Expérience antérieure dans un département EDI (un atout)
- Aptitudes de travail sur ordinateur
- Connaissance de SAP, Vantree, SPS, Lisa (un atout, pas un essentiel)
- Autonome et débrouillard
- Soucieux des détails et du service client.
- Parler et écrire français et anglais.
