IT Business Analyst, Partner Data Integration

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst in Systems Integration, specialized in the use of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to optimize the transfer of documents between systems and business partners, especially in a B2B sales context.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement integration solutions using EDI and APIs to ensure smooth data exchange between internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical needs.
- Manage the technical integration of new trading partners by ensuring their proper connection with our internal systems in a B2B environment.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to EDI/API integrations, including those impacting B2B sales operations.
- Review existing business processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors related to data exchanges.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications for integration solutions.
- Participate in the management of integration projects, monitor deadlines and deliverables, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide support for systems in production and resolve integration issues.

**Required skills**
- **Experience** : University degree in computer science or a related field combined with 3 years of experience as a business analyst or integration consultant, with a specialization in EDI and API.
- **EDI experience** : In-depth knowledge of standard EDI protocols (X12, EDIFACT, etc.) and associated tools.
- **API Proficiency** : Proficient in the design, development, and management of RESTful/SOAP APIs.
- **Business Process Analysis** : Ability to map and analyze complex business processes.
- **Communication** : Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- **Project Management** : Experience in managing integration projects in complex environments.
- **Adaptability** : Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing project requirements.
- **Languages** : Fluency in French and English (written and oral).
