**Duties**
- Assist in making recommendations regarding advertising, marketing and business development.
- Create content and manage Wilson Solutions social media pages.
- Various duties as required to support the successful day-to-day functions within Wilson Solutions.
- Support Sales staff and Installers with a continued emphasis on process improvements.
- A variety of financial administrative duties, such as; payroll, accounts payable/receivable, WSIB payments, T4's and beyond.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
- Accepting and sending out deliveries.
- Prepare and manage office calendars on-line, including staff schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to navigate social media with the creativity required for management of the company business pages is an asset.
- Excellent time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills necessary.
- Proficiency with Excel is a must. Experience with Google Drive and QuickBooks is a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
