**The Role**:
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our Social Media Management program, ensuring every client post and story isn't just content, it's a conversation with intentional purpose. In addition to being the architect of social strategies that resonate with audiences and create a real impact for our clients and their brand, you will also play a pivotal role in crafting and executing content for our internal brand. This dual focus ensures that our own brand's social media presence is as dynamic and engaging as the strategies we develop for our clients, further strengthening our position in the digital landscape.

**Your Impact**:

- Produce and enhance content with graphic flair and strategic captions that speak volumes.
- Craft and execute social media strategies that align with our clients' visions and goals.
- Create and manage client content calendars that are as innovative as they are effective.
- Schedule and coordinate content with accuracy, ensuring optimal engagement across all social platforms.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of client social media analytics, providing strategic insights to enhance their digital impact and engagement.
- Drive both outbound and inbound engagement, ensuring a vibrant and interactive presence on social platforms that amplifies customer reach and audience connectivity.
- Analyze social media metrics rigorously, adapting strategies responsively to ensure every move is data-driven and impactful.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, ready to pivot strategies with the market's beat.

**Necessities**:

- 1+ year(s) of experience creating social media magic in a professional setting.
- A solid and creative understanding of Social Media Platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- A desire to create and flourish in a team environment.
- A passion for storytelling, with the analytical mind to back it up.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software, with the agility to adapt and innovate.
- A track record of creating digital buzz and impact.
- Exceptional communication and editing skills, because every word counts.
