Reporting directly to the Sr Manager, QA/QC/Regulatory, you will further strengthen and contribute to maintaining the success of the Quality team within IBG and its subsidiaries.

**IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL**:

- Conduct thorough tests on raw materials, packaging components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Perform routine quality control checks to identify any deviations or issues in a timely manner
- Collect and analyze samples to evaluate product quality attributes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot quality-related problems, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Monitor and sign off on specifications sent to suppliers, ensuring maximum accuracy
- Staying up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging quality control practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- 2-3 years’ experience as a QA Technician or similar role in the cosmetics or beauty industry, preferred
- Regulatory and Quality control certificate considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics regulations, quality control practices and GMP standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
