As our next **Quality Assurance Inspector**, you won’t just check boxes — you’ll protect our reputation. From final inspections to inbound checks, you'll ensure every panel, part, and product meets our expectations — and more importantly, those of our customers.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Quality Manager and Quality Control Technicians to make sure nothing leaves the building that doesn’t meet spec. Your day might include:

- Inspecting incoming materials and outbound products with precision and urgency.
- Reviewing documentation to ensure everything aligns with sales orders and design intent.
- Using inspection tools to check against mechanical drawings and engineering standards.
- Logging issues, identifying patterns, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Performing audits and end-of-line inspections that ensure product integrity.
- Collaborating with teammates across departments to meet tight delivery timelines — without sacrificing quality.

**What Makes You Right for This Role**
You’re someone who takes pride in doing things right — especially when others are moving fast. You bring:

- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of QA inspection experience.
- Familiarity with hand inspection tools and the ability to read mechanical drawings.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance if needed).

- Experience in manufacturing or with quality auditing.
