**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Product Leadership**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with Bayshore's overall business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Identify and prioritize digital product opportunities based on market analysis, customer insights, and technological advancements.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

**Home & Healthcare Domain Expertise**:

- Gain a deep understanding of the home healthcare industry, including patient needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to translate needs into effective digital product solutions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., PHIPA)

**Product Development and Management**:

- Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization
- Define product requirements, develop user stories, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Build and lead a high-performing product management team
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and adoption

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clinicians, and patients
- Build strong relationships with technology vendors and partners

Reports to: Chief Digital Officer

Work Location : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ON

Hybrid - At least 2 days onsite weekly

Job Qualification

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

**Experience**
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and digital health technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with health record systems, or other healthcare related digital products is a strong asset
