Looking to hire experienced individuals in the local GTA including Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Kitchener, London and Guelph. ESW specializes in all types of renovation in apartment buildings / Townhomes and Residential properties. From kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, basements, counter tops, maintenance, general renovations, fences, decks, stucco, handyman services, painting, the list of professional services goes on and on We can provide all your property maintenance needs.

Job Duties
- Confirm kitchen drawings
- Create lists needed for unit renovations
- Quality Control
- Daily communication with site personal and managers
- Provide project updates to Management and expected timelines
- Work with the estimating department on project
- Complete work order forms and Close Out/Deficiency with Project Coordinator Qualifications
- Prove to have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Must have your own vehicle
- Required Driver’s license in good standing
- Valid SIN number
- Business number & valid HST number ( Subcontractor Role)
- Travel Required
- Knowledge of apartment renovations terms, processes and methods
- Ability to produce kitchen line drawings
- Have excellent time management skills and be responsible for multiple projects
- Have a complete understanding and ability to read and implement project drawings and specifications
- Respond to requests from property managers and maintenance services

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
