**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable media professional to join our growing team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical skill with artistic flair—someone who can capture the essence of a space, create captivating marketing content, and keep things fresh across platforms.

As our Real Estate Photographer & Marketing Media Creator, you’ll play a key role in helping properties stand out in a competitive market through high-quality photography, engaging video content, and social-ready visuals. You’ll work closely with our in-house marketing team and Realtors to bring listings and brand campaigns to life.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Photograph residential real estate listings, team events, and marketing campaigns with consistent, high-quality results
- Edit and deliver professionally polished, high-resolution images on tight timelines to support active listings
- Manage your schedule independently to ensure shoot punctuality and efficient media delivery
- Create original and creative visual content for social media, including reels, stories, behind-the-scenes footage, and brand video clips
- Capture aerial content (if certified), and work with virtual tour platforms such as iGUIDE
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to maintain our high standard of service and brand consistency
- Attend occasional meetings—virtual or in-person at our downtown Ottawa office

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience (real estate, architecture, or commercial strongly preferred)
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling and technical expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and basic video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent)
- Creativity and understanding of social content trends—especially in short-form video and visual marketing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; ability to travel regularly throughout Ottawa and Outaouais
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, off-camera flash, HDR, and 3D tour platforms (iGUIDE experience is a plus)
- Drone certification (Transport Canada Advanced RPAS) and experience in aerial photography is preferred
- Bilingualism in English and French is _**strongly preferred**_
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude
