Wholesale Finance Program Coordinator

**Summary of Responsibilities**
The Program Coordinator administers all sales program terms and floor plans, reviews and processes all non-standard financing transactions and manages the Financial Statement collection process. This is a cross-functional role that will warrant training and expertise in all departmental administrative functions.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Administers all terms codes in the Yamaha system for units. (cash & finance) This includes the maintenance, monitoring and updating of sales programs terms, cash order and OEM customer terms, deferred debit memo terms and the set-up of special terms for orders billed outside of current sales programs. Communicates to sales on all new terms configured in SAP
- Sets up new finance plans in YMFCA system as per Yamaha & “other” OEM sales program requirements as well as rebuys. Ensures plan components are set-up correctly and linked to the corresponding terms in the Yamaha system. Sends requests to SAP support on new terms set-up and updates as required.
- Performs administrative functions associated with Commercial Lease program
- Administration and maintenance of all processes related to pre-review financial/data collection, including but not limited to the collection of financial statements, procurement of required reports for dealer reviews (i.e., corporate searches, Equifax requests). Initiates High Gear department flow for File Review Process. Back-up for Post Review action items. (Terms letter creation and system updates according to Management approvals)
- Designated administrator back-up of the HighGear work-flow platform and all departmental reporting.
- Administrative back-up for external Insurance collection and maintenance along with all other duties performed by Administrative Clerk.
**Education Requirements and/or Experience Requirements**
- **Degree/Diploma**:Diploma or equivalent work experience
- **Program of Study**:Administration, Business Administration, Finance
- **Years of Experience**:2-4 years related experience
- **Type of Experience**:Administrative
**Skills & Abilities**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), SAP
- Time management and strong organizational skills
- Detailed oriented, good analytical skills
