**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, and reach trucks for loading and unloading materials.
- Implement and maintain a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and streamline operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in stock management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient flow of goods.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment as necessary, leveraging mechanical knowledge for effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including familiarity with AS400 systems.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and reach trucks.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory levels.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a positive work culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
