**Triple Eight Transport Inc. is growing and is in search for a Process Improvement who is detail orientated to join our dynamic team Are you interested in a rewarding, challenging and exciting career?**
The **Process Improvement **personnel is responsible for working along side IT and departmental team leads to identify, analyse, and fix constraints, challenges, and opportunities in business processes. This position will be reporting to General Manager and Director.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current organizational processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify process inefficiencies and track improvements over time.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with teams to develop and propose practical solutions, including process redesign, automation, or technology enhancements.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management efforts by communicating proposed improvements, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Work with various departments to understand their needs and enhance their operations.
- Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation to ensure that optimized processes are effectively adopted and maintained by teams.
- Implement new process and monitor their effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or related roles.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma are an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across departments.
- Change management expertise with the ability to lead and influence others.
- Familiarity with process automation and technology solutions is a plus.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies is desirable.

As the Director of Process Improvement, you will be responsible for leading and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement within our organization. This is a key leadership role that requires strong supervisory and project management skills, as well as a proven track record in process improvement and business development.
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements
- Utilize data analysis tools to measure performance and track progress towards improvement goals
- Provide guidance and support to department managers in implementing process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency gains
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills in process improvement methodologies
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in process improvement to ensure our organization remains competitive
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or Six Sigma software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
