**Position Overview**

We’re seeking an ambitious and results-oriented **Energy Sales Advisor** to join our inside sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting warm and cold residential leads, delivering value-based consultations, and **closing high-value HVAC sales** across various East Coast markets.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, persuasive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The position is based on actively prospecting leads, and top performers can earn between **$60,000-$100,000 annually** with a mix of base salary and commission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline using CRM tools efficiently
- Provide customers with personalized HVAC recommendations and detailed quotes
- Explain complex systems, financing options, rebate programs, and pricing clearly and persuasively
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate installation timelines and ensure a smooth handoff
- Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- A **natural closer** with at least **2 years of experience** in high-ticket B2C or direct sales
- You thrive in a performance-based environment and are **motivated by uncapped earnings**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM software and digital tools for sales tracking and follow-ups
- Self-driven, coachable, and looking for long-term growth in a rapidly expanding company

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **$41,600 Base Salary + uncapped commissions**:

- **First-year on-target earnings: $60,000+** (base + commission)
