As a Full-Time Sales Representative at Nexhome, you will play a vital role in our mission to help Canadians make the switch from oil to heat pumps. In addition to promoting energy-efficient upgrades, you will actively assist clients in obtaining government rebates for their environmentally friendly choices. All leads provided are warm, eliminating the need for cold calling.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Engage with potential clients across Canada in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their energy needs and introducing Nexhome's solutions for converting from oil to heat pumps.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our product offerings, with a focus on heat pumps, and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of transitioning to more sustainable heating solutions.
- **Government Rebates**: Provide guidance to clients on available government rebates and incentives for adopting energy-efficient solutions, ensuring they maximize financial benefits.
- **Warm Leads**: Utilize provided warm leads to initiate conversations and build relationships with potential customers interested in converting to heat pumps.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations to showcase the advantages of Nexhome's products and services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- **Targets and Goals**: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.

**Requirements**:

- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a phone-based or direct sales role.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Energy and Enthusiasm**: Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for sustainable living and promoting energy-efficient solutions.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to evolving products and sales strategies.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Compensation**:

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
