We are currently seeking a **Business Development & Project Coordinator** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is both sales-driven and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

**Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales**
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.

**Project Coordination**
- Oversee window and door projects from order confirmation through to delivery and installation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project schedules, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and customer requirements.

**Customer Service & Support**
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Administrative & Team Support**
- Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, project documentation, and client communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and product offerings.
- Support marketing activities, trade shows, and promotional events.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Post-secondary education in business, construction management, or engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project coordination (experience in the windows, doors, or construction industry is an asset).
- Strong understanding of building materials, window/door specifications, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
