**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Perform concrete forming tasks, including setting up forms for pouring.
- Use power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete.
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required throughout the workday.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Restore and repair existing concrete structures as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in caulking techniques for sealing joints and cracks in concrete.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective execution of tasks.
- Familiarity with concrete forming processes and techniques.
- Competence in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and performing strenuous activities throughout the day.
- Basic carpentry skills are a plus for constructing forms or supports as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 - 70 per week
