Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Foreman to join and lead our construction team. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the crew and delegating other crew members with various tasks related to concrete construction projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead concrete crew on the jobsite
- Assist in the preparation and setup of concrete forms
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Assist in the installation of rebar and wire mesh
- Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in concrete construction preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

- 8 hour shift
