**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the onsite hotel managers.
- Own the outcome for all asset under management, and regular reporting to the Investment team.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities to maximize cashflow and profits.
- Research and evaluate potential competition and threats in the market.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies.
- Create and maintain financial reporting models.
- Create, set, and achieve Budgets. Conduct financial analysis as needed.
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust as needed.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$115,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V6H 3G7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hotel managment: 5 years (preferred)
- Real Estate Asset Managment: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC V6H 3G7
