**Job Summary**

**Qualifications**
- A degree in sales, marketing, or communications.
- Experience in the construction/landscaping industry will be an advantage.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media and basic marketing tools (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads - a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under high pressure.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Supporting the sales department in processing incoming inquiries, distributing leads, and maintaining the client database.
- Preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Monitoring the sales process and ensuring timely updates in the CRM system.
- Managing and updating social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) - posting updates, promotions, and case studies.
- Coordinating customer reviews, including requesting Google Reviews.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity and their offerings.
- Collecting data for sales report preparation and coordinating the timely submission of information from the sales team.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
