Surrey, Canada Nova Pole International Inc. Full time

A Canadian owned company**, Nova Pole International Inc.** designs, manufactures and markets steel and aluminum poles for use in highway and street lighting, traffic signals, transmission towers, high mast and sports lighting poles. Nova Pole’s new head office and manufacturing plant is located in South Surrey.

Nova Pole has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, experienced, full time Quotations / Inside Sales Rep to join our Sales department for customer service and support.

**Responsibilities**:
The Quotations / Inside Sales Rep will support the Sales Department with sales support, provide technical data and pricing to customers.

**Duties**:

- Respond to all customer requirements related to quotes and sales orders including pricing, product availability, delivery time, technical details, according to specifications, project status, etc.,
- Prepare quotations and follows-up on quotes,
- Prepare sales orders and liaises with operations and productions through the process,
- Ensure accuracy of quotes, orders and project details,
- Customer retention and liaison,
- Coordinate with customers, operations, engineering, production and shipping to expedite or troubleshoot customer orders,
- Cultivate a strong product and market knowledge,
- Administration job assigned by sales manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Quotations / Inside Sales environment, preferably in an electrical distributor, lighting environment.
- Strong customer service skills, ability to develop and sustain business relationships
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Familiar with ERP systems.
- Ability to develop quotations and project bid packaging / pricing
- Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines and thrive in a busy, high volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings

**Salary**:
$45,000 to $70,000 dependent upon experience
