We are a North York, ON based law firm and our goal is to provide a second chance to immigrants seeking their Canadian visas/PR.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Lawyer, you will be tasked with drafting pleadings for JR applicants such as Applications for Leave, Memoranda of Arguments, Reply Memos, Motion Records and Demand Letters.

**Qualifications**:

- Law degree and licensed (in good standing) to practice law in Canada.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of legal work experience
- Immigration experience required.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset but not required
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is preferred but not required.

- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and take on a variety of projects.
- High level of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information.

This position is fully remote but it is expected our associates be located physically in the GTA. The salary being offered is $115,000.
