Toronto, Canada Abramovich Immigration Law Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Have independent carriage of Federal Court, H&C, and inadmissibility related files.
- Collaborate with other lawyers on complex and/or strategic litigation matters.
- Conduct initial consultations, independent file assessments, and client meetings.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and clerks.
- Manage case load and monitor deadlines.
- Liaise with clients in a professional and personable manner.
- Contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.

**What You Bring**:

- Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
- Minimum of five (5) years of Canadian immigration law experience focused on Federal Court litigation.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- A commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
- Processing experience is an asset.
- Fluency in Russian or another language is an asset.

**Compensation**:
We are open to several compensation options, such as:

- Salary
- Base + % of billables
- Fee-split arrangement

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Benefits**:

Flexible language requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- immigration litigation: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Are you licensed to practice law in Ontario? (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5J 1H8
