Our Toronto office is seeking a Business Immigration Lawyer to join one of it's busy and growing teams

As a Business Immigration Lawyer at Fragomen, you will:
- Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
- Delegate, oversee and support the work of an
- alyst's, who assist in file preparation, billing and file tracking.
- Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in Canada
- Research issues address them proactively and formulate solutions.
Lets talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience and knowledge of Canadian immigration law
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff
- Responsible for managing a broad caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify issues, analyze facts and determine appropriate case strategy.
- Effectively utilize on-line research tools and comfortable working with client management systems.
- Displays professionalism, quality service and a “positive” can do attitude and contribute to the Firm's overall initiatives.
We work in a hybrid model, 2 days at the office and 3 days at home.
