**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and upsell additional products or services.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach efforts to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that enhance dealership visibility and attract potential buyers.
- Participate in public speaking engagements or community events to promote dealership offerings.
- Ensure that all inventory is accurately represented and well-managed on the sales floor.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile industry or high-end retail sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data is highly desirable.
- Previous dealership experience is an advantage, along with knowledge of inventory control and retail math principles.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial for success in this position.
